Not for public publication, I guess. A busy Sunday. Giving Carole a ride to and from church, listening to our pastor again, which should be a penance in itself - what is he so afraid of. I see a seven-year old boy who thinks that someone thinks he's done something bad, but, although he's ready to do penance, he has no idea what it is he's done.

Wil the window man is coming today - $200 for all our windows and screens - except of course the ones accessible only from the roof. A bargain. And, this is the man's second job. Carole introduced him. He's really an engineer of some sort. Well, that might make him methodical. She says he's quiet and efficient and trustworthy and does a good job.

I have only five minutes to write, not even that.

Cut my long, long nails this morning in the interest of playing the ukulele and the bass. We'll see. I know that they were a hinderance.

Got such a nice note from Ruth Douillette and another from Louisa Howerow - encouraging and praiseful.

Very nice.

So, off I go. New assignment is to figure out how to put pictures online to share with family and friends.
